- Dry red wine obtained from 100% selected grapes and partially dried on the vine, from the Vranec variety. The wine is characterized by the characteristic density of the variety, excellent mobility and dynamic viscosity. The color is deep and dark ruby red, and the aroma is fruity and spicy and reminds of a combination of ripe blackberry, blueberry and plum, with a discreet hint of mint. With a 24-month maturation in new French and American oak barrels, it ensures an extremely full and intense taste of red berry jam with a long and persistent chocolate flavor. Harmonious freshness, soft tannins and complex noise with a delicate structure give this wine a long aging potential. If aged for a long time, in the right ambient conditions, this wine will show complexity and brilliance.
Recommended serving temperature: 15-18 °C. Combine the wine with red meat specialties, game in spicy sauce or mature cheeses.
