• Bovinova Ana Marija is a dry rosé wine made from Sangiovese and Petit Verdot varieties with a beautiful pink color obtained by short cold maceration. With notes of fresh wild strawberries, rose hips and yellow peach complemented by refreshing acidity. An attractive and attractive combination of the fragrance of Petit Verdot and the freshness of Sangiovese with an almond-like pleasant bitterness on the finish, which makes this fruity taste deliciously dry and an ideal refreshing summer drink. It is best combined with white cheese, salads and cold dishes, chicken, fish and shellfish. Recommended serving at 6-8 °C.
