- Bovin's Merlot Barrique is an extremely dry red wine made from selected grapes from the southwestern parts of the Lepovo Brdo climate, which matured in oak barrels for 12 months. It is purple red in color, clear with a beautiful reflection and a perfect complex of fruity and spicy aromas, with hints of cherry jam, coffee, dark chocolate and traces of pepper. Rich, full and long-lasting cherry flavors covered with dark chocolate and strongly emphasized soft tannins. With proper storage, this Merlot can be enjoyed for up to 10-15 years. It is recommended with beefsteak, roast veal, Macedonian pans and especially with roasted chestnuts at a temperature of 15-17°C.
