This Carménère is full-bodied, characterized by spiciness. Its color is dark red, following its name, carmine, is the crimson color that the leaves take on just before they fall in autumn. The taste is reminiscent of juicy roasted peppers, dark chocolate complemented by soft tannins. The ability to age for several years.
