- Produced from our own plantations of the Tempranillo variety. This Bovino wine has a ruby red color and noticeable purple tones. The nose is dominated by fruity aromas of ripe blackberries, black plums and cherries supplemented with herbal forest aromas. Fruity flavor compounds give this wine a special complexity. It is served at 15-17°C with stronger cheese, seafood, moussaka, game, veal, beefsteak or grilled meat.
