- Produced from its own plantations of the Sangiovese variety, this Bovino wine is elegant with a ruby red color and high gloss. It is fragrant and fresh, with fruity notes of pomegranate, wild strawberry and cherry, as well as a gentle herbal note of thyme. At the beginning it has a fresh taste with high natural acids typical of this type of grape, but in the middle it turns into a sweetness that fills the taste. It is best at a temperature of 8-10°C with food cooked with tomatoes, pizza, lasagna, parmesan, mozzarella, pasta or chicken.
