- Merlot Superior is a superior wine, recognizable by its intense purple-red color with a beautiful reflection. The aroma is soft, fruity, spicy, small dark fruits, pepper and honey. The taste is rich, full, complex and long-lasting with strongly accentuated soft tannins. Late harvest of selected vines and bunches from the southwestern parts of the Lepovo Brdo climate. Consumption with roast veal or pork, Macedonian pans and especially with roasted chestnuts, at a temperature of 15-17°C.
